Bio

Count Shaqula, The Dean, Kodak Beach, Chick City.

All key parts of the greater mythology of Teen Sensations. A mythology which has seen these youngsters labelled across the board as "The best band of 20-somethings pretending to be teenagers pretending to be The Beach Boys."

Initial singles "Get Fit For Summer" and "Surf And Sway" solidified them as leaders in the melodic surf pop game. Early 2k14 single "Peruvian 60" showed the world that surf instrumental music isn't dead - it's just that nobody cares about it anymore.

And now here they stand on the beach of hope that leads to the ocean of triumph. Armed only with their new single "Monster Beach Party", their debut 7" and a powerful matching striped shirt aesthetic it's time for Georgie, Your, Jerry & Corky to keep the legacy of Bobby "Boris" Pickett alive.

Everything about this makes me stoked for you and jealous of you. That's a winning combination

the only reason Monster Beach Party isn't getting 5 stars is because it's been too long coming. You can never have enough surf rock, and never enough Halloween themed tunes - combine the two: blammo, an instant (scary) summer hit.
Surf's up!

A bit of a novelty, I won't disagree, but it's so effing fun that I don't care one bit.
