"There is honestly nothing like this band in Perth at the moment..." - X-Press Magazine (AUS)
A big call about a band that is predicted to rein big things. Tired Lion have been dubbed Western Australia’s ‘Indie Grunge Darlings’ based on their fresh take on the genre, giving audiences those nostalgic 90’s musical memories that somehow rings new to the ears.
Forming in 2011 and debuting a year later with their debut single 'For the Wolfman' Tired Lion have worked hard and smart from the get- go. Earning a swag of glowing reviews for their live performances, a spot on Sydney's Home Bake festival and their first wave of true diehard fans.
Finding musical soul mate within engineer Andy Lawson (Eskimo Joe, Little Birdy) Tired Lion have taken to the studio to record their debut EP 'All We Didn't Know'. The feature track ‘Desperate’ received attention and accolades from Australian national radio, international blogs, was awarded 8/10 stars from Tone Deaf's -Julian Gasparri and made the cut for 'Perth's Best Albums of 2013 via Spaceship News.
Kicking off the year supporting Australian favourites Papa vs Pretty, Tired Lion are set to tour Australia in March in support of "All We Didn't Know". With recording dates locked in for their next release Tired Lion have been busy at work with pre-production as well as heavily gigging the Perth circuit. Stay tuned for some big announcements that the band can't reveal just yet but pave the way for some amazing times ahead.

What a strong so...
What a strong song! Great vocals (obviously), cool starts and stops and a structure that doesn't make it drag on. Starts a bit Jezebelly but the guitars kick that idea away.
