Tom Walker and his band of Sick Individuals is a 4-piece Indie Rock band from Melbourne. Brother Guitarists Tom and Rory Walker have created a formidable wall of pleasant fuzz accompanied by growling vocal harmonies from bassist Matt Bourke (Velvet bow) and drummer Oscar Galt (Oscar Galt and The Eventual Somethings). There's a strong focus on brave and honest lyrics, and the band have picked up airplay on Triple J with presenter Max Quinn noting “Those lyrics are great! Lots to like about the song itself too. Good one Tom, keen to hear more.” With a sound likened to Courtney Barnett/Queens of the Stone Age the guys are touring around major cities and regional areas throughout Australia building a reputation as a great live band.
