TOOTH & TUSK have been hitting the live scene since the beginning of last year with their post 70’s eclectic fuzz pop. With positive reviews of their 3 singles (all released over the past 6 months) rolling in far and wide; UK’s PressPlayOK describes their latest single as a “Winner all round,” and Drunken Werewolf “don’t think it’s scientifically possible to stand still to.” The band was originally the brainchild of Brendan West who had his start in Melbourne back in the mid naughties and has since established himself on the scene as one of Melbourne’s most sort after bassists/guitarists playing in bands such as Money for Rope, The Cherry Dolls, Wesley Fuller Band and Naked Bodies. It all came together for TOOTH & TUSK in mid 2014 when close friend and housemate Courtney Constantinou persuaded West to pursue the band despite some early challenges with band member lineup changes.
