Bio

Comprised of an incestuous, all-star Side Stare Music line-up with members from Indigo Children, Bears and The Stained Daisies, Tug have already garnered significant attention with their intricate and creative musicianship and unique stage presence. For a band that is still in it’s infancy, Tug have an impressive rap-sheet of gigs under their belt, including supporting Davey Lane (You Am I), Leah Senior, and The Pretty Littles.

Fresh off recording their debut album, Tug are fine tuned and ready to melt into the Melbourne music scene. Their debut album; ‘You’re Not Exceptional Man’ is set for release in the early months of 2018. The first taste of the album is a single titled ‘Paranoid Black Sheep’, sporting an incessant groove that stays with the listener for days, and some proper, thought provoking lyrics prominent throughout the song. ‘Paranoid Black Sheep’ is an impressive way for Tug to burst onto the scene and make sure they are noticed.

Aus tour to be announced very soon!

You guys need to be supporting King Gizz at on their next tour/run of dates for sure! This is hypnotic, driving psych-rock noise that's both chaotic and electric. It's an experimental frenzy. Watch out for that flute! What a winner.
