Bio

UpnUp is a newly founded collective of hip hop and soul artists based out of Perth, Australia. Comprised of two emcees, Coin and Marksman, singer/ instrumentalist, Ánders, a 6-piece live band and producer, Mono:Massive they have come together to form a collaborative effort that blends each members unique style into one soulful bag of tricks. Since forming in Dec 2012 and having supported world #1, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in February, UPNUP has been on the 'up & up', bringing their dynamic live shows to the stage with many international & Australian artists. "I'm a fan" - MACKLEMORE "Still diggin' on UPNUP from Perth, AU. Great lads, solid pocket...hard to believe they haven't been together very long. Dig!" WANZ, THRIFT SHOP SINGER "Everyone grooving with infectious melodies and head nodding breakdowns. I can safely say I believe UPNUP is going to become a national household name in hip hop." - REVIEW, COLOSOUL

Just feels good to listen to, this one. Laidback, sick production, great chorus. Just easy. Great work dudes.

This is a really exciting project. Loving the vibe of this debut track. It's cruisy and laidback but it'll get your feet tapping and head nodding.

I've got to give this one really high praise. I knew it'd be good with the talent assembled here (Coin, Marksman, Sid Pattni to name a few) but it's beyond expectations. Super smooth organic sounds with an authentic soul feel. 4.5
