Valda is the musical creation of Dan Green that co-incidentally shares a name with the bouffant haired character of the TV soap ‘Neighbours’, who appeared on the show during the golden years of the program’s 25 year history. However, Valda’s music bears no similarities whatsoever to the themes or characters in the show.
