Their debut demo ‘Lynching Hymns’ released in May 2008, hunkered in the top 20 local radio charts for months. It also landed them a spot in the 2008 Three D radio top 100+1 and an invite to record a live-to-air set that went into the charts at number 2 and remained there for a long time. Van Cleef was then selected to be on Three D Radio’s annual ‘best-of’ DEPTHCHARGE compilation CD to be released in late August 09. Yet perhaps the highlight so far was the release of Van Cleef’s debut E.P, Intergalactic Porn Swamp in May 09.
