Some other people we know said they like the sound as well so we keep doing it." Wind and Brackets have been around for five years now and in that time their music has changed as they have. Essentially a Strokes covers band when they started, the band have evolved through genres with their music now lying somewhere between rock, punk and psychedelic. Let’s leave branding to the critics. In October Wind and Brackets are recording a self-titled EP with acclaimed producer Magoo which is set for release in early 2010. The band gave Magoo what they believe are the most interesting and arguable the best songs they’ve written yet and know that with his experience, depth of knowledge and (seriously impressive) collection of organs and keyboards, Magoo is the right man for the job.
