Artist:Winter's Lament

In 2003 Rachel Cearns was playing acoustic guitar gigs at the tender age of 14, in early 2005 Luke Faz (coming from a diverse live music background) started playing percussion for Rachel. Throughout the year they experimented with different sounds and moods until they completely changed format from guitar and percussion to piano and full kit. Their sound also evolved from a folkish feel into the moody, dark and dynamic soundscape that gave birth to "Winter's Lament" in early 2006
