‘Wishes’ is the moniker for Sydney-based producer, vocalist and multi- instrumentalist John Towey. A solo talent with an extensive musical past, Towey has a long held passion to bridge the gap between acoustic and electronic music composition. In a live setting, Towey is joined by Catriona Hunter (drums) and Mark Harding (bass/synth) to round out a unique live show. Since making waves in the electronic community with his debut single ‘I Want To Be Alone With You’, Towey has been hailed for his vibrant and untamed approach to pop music with an avid appreciation for both synths and guitars in equal parts.
