Bio

Wolfjay (they/them) is a Melbourne-based queer indie-pop artist who makes music that feels like hugging your best friend at a house party.

Described by Dom Alessio (Triple J) as "the soundtrack to falling in love in a dream", they've shared their euphoric brand of coming-of-age bops at sold out shows all around Australia, showcased at Bigsound Festival, and played highly anticipated shows on both US coasts including a performance at The New Colossus Festival 2020 in New York City.

I love this new song so much, it's like dappled sunlight. It’s got some new fun production elements like that quick beat drum, with your trademark soft Jack aesthetic vocal.

if you ever tried to write a journal entry whilst carving up the Rainbow Road track, it'd sound and feel a lot like this. both thoughtful and colourful as hell.

A welcome return to releasing music for Wolfjay. Despite being thematically introspective the track brims (brims!) with life, colour and energy.
