The Young Faithful Shane O'Keeffe knows all about faith. In his 26 years, he's had it shaken by some of the closest people in his life. Time and again, he's had it restored by the power of song. "I'm a big fan of Paul Dempsey, Wilco, Death Cab For Cutie, the National," he says. "The thing I like about all of them is their honesty. They don't hide behind generalisations. "You hear lyrics all the time that could be talking about a million and one things. But when writers get down to specifics, talk about things unique to them and their particular moment, that’s when I start paying attention. I want to be able to picture a story."
