Bio

‘Zachary Leo’ is a bold blend of funk, rock, and soul from Melbourne based artist Zachary Leo Gulavin. Written and produced from his home in the South East, his songs speak of heartbreak, self-destruction, and love, taking musical inspiration from the likes of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jamiroquai, and the early works of Maroon 5. His musical mixture of guitars, organs, keys, and exciting bass lines is backed by a powerful vocal described by Triple J’s Nkechi Anele to be “criminal how good it is”.

The funk-rock singer/songwriter has also been honing his live performance supporting some amazing Australian artists in Cub Sport, Thirsty Merc, and Pacific Avenue as well as selling out his 2019 debut single launch at The Grace Darling Hotel.
