Festival Of The Sun - 2018

2018

This December, Port Macquarie Breakwall Tourist Park is gonna go off! Festival of the Sun is setting up camp from Friday the 13th (spooky)  to Sunday the 15th.

The lineup is already looking killer featuring Vera Blue, POND, Winston Surfshirt, Skegss, Tkay Maidza and heaps more. We have been given the honour of adding one more act that that bill and that person could be you!

We're on the hunt for an artist/band from Mid North Coast NSW to join the party. To be in the running you just need to make sure your best song has been uploaded to Unearthed. Does it matter if your song is still 'pending' after the comp closes? NO! As long as you uploaded it before then you're still in with a shot. We're going to be listening to everything before we make our decision.

So what're you waiting for? Go break a leg, or whatever.

That's right! We're keeping a spot warm on the massive 2017 Festival Of The Sun lineup for one artist from the Mid North Coast! Sound like you? Let's talk:

If you wanna be in the running, all you've gotta do is be from the NSW Mid North Coast and have your best tunes up on Unearthed by Midnight on Sunday November 5. Cool huh?

Also important: if your tracks are still listed as "pending" on the website when the comp closes, don't freak. We'll listen to everything before we pick a winner.

Festival Of The Sun - 2016

2016

We're on the hunt for ONE act to play Festival Of The Sun in Port Macquarie!

FOTSUN's 2016 lineup is straight dope: Gang Of Youths, Seth Sentry, Montaigne, the Smith St Band, heaps of other legends - and it hits the Sundowner Breakwall in Port this December.

As is customary, we're looking for one local act to open up festivities! You've just gotta have  Mid North Coast (NSW) set as your region on triple j Unearthed, and have your best tracks uploaded to the website by October 9th! The comp is open to artists from any genre.

The comp closes at Midnight, Oct 9, but don't stress out if you've uploaded your songs and they're still pending on the site. We listen to everything before we make a decision. Also - if you're from the Mid North Coast and you've already uploaded your tracks to Unearthed, you're already in the running! Just make sure the tracks you have up best represent you and your sound. Cool!

FOTSUN.com has all your extra info. Good luck!
