triple j's One Night Stand is heading way down south to St Helens in 2018! We've already got Vance Joy, Peking Duk, Tkay Maidza, Middle Kids & Alex The Astronaut set to take the stage and we're looking to turn 5 into 6!

We're on the hunt for one local act to join the already stacked bill! So if you're based in Tasmania, make sure your best tracks are uploaded to triplejunearthed.com by midnight on Sunday 8th July.

triple j's One Night Stand is headed to Mount Isa in 2017, and we've got a killer lineup in tow! Tash Sultana, The Smith Street Band, Thundamentals and San Cisco are all in on the partytimes, and we're looking for one local act off triple j Unearthed to join in on the action!

We'll be picking ONE act to open up the festivities - to be in the running, make sure you're from Mount Isa, and also make sure your best tunes are uploaded to triplejunearthed.com by the competition's closing date.

Here’s your chance to join in on the action when triple j’s One Night Stand comes to Geraldton!

We’re looking for ONE act who lives in Geraldton and surrounds to share the One Night Stand Lineup with Boy & Bear, Alison Wonderland, Urthboy, and their litany of special guests.

To be in the running, make sure you’ve got your best tunes uploaded to Unearthed by March 27. Don’t freak out if your track is still “pending” on the closing date - we listen to everything that gets uploaded before we decide on a winner!

This year, we’ll also be holding a songwriting workshop to give local musicians the chance to pick the brains of some of our ONS artists. Stay tuned for more details on this one!

2014

The One Night Stand - an annual concert series that has previously taken an abundance of great, Australian talent to regional locations like Dubbo (NSW), Dalby (QLD), Tumby Bay (SA), and heaps more over the past eleven years - will take place in Mildura, Victoria in 2014.

It'll be the biggest party of the year and kicking it all off will be Dan Sultan, Illy, The Jungle Giants, Violent Soho and RÜFÜS but that's just five sixths of the gargantuan One Night Stand lineup for this year, because one more band will be added to the lineup and open proceedings on the day and it could be you!

If you're in Mildura and surrounds and are in a band then NOW is the time to start recording so there's time to upload your tracks before the deadline.

To be in the running you just need to have your tracks uploaded to the site before April 3rd, 2014 and have Mildura, Victoria selected as your region. All artists with tracks uploaded to triplejunearthed.com and from the correct region stated are automatically in the running. It's fine if your track is 'pending' when the comp closes as we listen to everything before deciding.

2013

From the outback of Alice Springs, to the tiny seaside town of Tumby Bay, triple j has been working with local communities to bring the big live music experience to regional areas around the country. Now in its tenth year, we take triple j’s One Night Stand to Dubbo in NSW.

Now we’re looking for one lucky local act to play alongside Flume, The Rubens, Ball Park Music and Seth Sentry. The winner will be given the opportunity to play on a big festival stage, opening up the concert to thousands of people in their home town. If you’re from the Western Plains region of NSW, and want a shot at playing at the One Night Stand, upload your songs to triple j Unearthed before Sunday 24 March.

triple j's One Night Stand has been everywhere from Karratha (WA) to Burnie (TAS), from Alice Springs (NT), to Tumby Bay (SA), bringing with it the biggest Aussie bands to put on a cracking live concert and broadcasting it live around the country!

This time we're heading to the tiny town of Dalby, located deep in the Darling Downs of Queensland where the local industry is mining and cotton and wheat farming. We're very excited to bringing THE TEMPER TRAP, 360, STONEFIELD and MATT CORBY along for the ride at our free all-ages One Night Stand concert on Saturday June 2nd.

Plus it's our great pleasure to once again be holding a spot open for a local band to open the event.

triple j's One Night Stand has been everywhere from Karratha (WA) to Burnie (TAS), from Humpty Doo (NT) to Gippsland (VIC), bringing awesome Australian bands and the best free concert ever, broadcasting it live around the country so everyone can be part of it.

This time we're heading to a part of Australia we've never been before. With the support from the District Council of Tumby Bay triple j is very excited to invite you to our free all-ages One Night Stand concert on Saturday April 2nd, 2011 in Tumby Bay.

A bunch of our bestest musical mates are performing: Birds of Tokyo will be headlining alongside Art vs Science and The Jezabels plus triple j Unearthed will be searching for the region’s best band to open the event.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! If you're from the Eyre Peninsula, SA and your in a band NOW is the time to start recording so there's time to upload your tracks before the deadline.

To be in the running you just need to have your tracks uploaded (either pending or live) on the site before Sunday 13th March 2011, and have Eyre Peninsula, SA selected as your region.
