Come for the heartbreaking lyrics that grab your attention straight off the bat and stay for that sugar-slick pop production with vocals that fit like a glove. Big Troye Sivan/CRJ sounds here too so, naturally, I'm obsessed and pining for more from GENES.

Wow this is easily my favourite release of yours! You've got such an effortless energy in this and the way the production progresses is so cooool!

This is SO GREAT. I was really interested to see where you'd go after The Voice and I think this Hip-Hop avenue is absolutely perfect. This track goes OFF

I'm a tad late to the party, but jumping on to review this, because I'm literally blown away by this. I have been listening to this track on repeat non stop for the past two weeks, and with every listen I find something new that I adore. Joel there is something about your vocals that I can't quite put my finger on at the moment, but the pure depth, range and atmospheric energy that you create is outstanding. I've been following Endless Heights for many years, but there is something so special with this new direction of sound on Cold Hard Kiss. There is this dark eerie feeling that I feel throughout the track with that bass and those hazy guitars, partnered with the vocals. I keep coming back to the 2:26 min mark when that bass kicks in, and the tone of it is just perfect. From 2:55 - 3:04 mins those vocals feel like the could fill an arena. This is hands down if not in my top 3 releases of this year, my #1 release of 2019. Just everything about this track is phenomenal. Literally blown away.

Those riffs are the absolute highlight - so interesting and colourful. Ambleside-like vocals with crunchy instrumentals that somehow make me want to dance? Here for it.

The intro reminded me of new BMTH but then that major scale underlying guitar line came in and gave some solid rock vibes. Getting hints of old school Blink, plus a bit of MCR.. the whole combination actually makes for something fresh and exciting. It's hard to slot this into one genre and I think that's why I'm so intrigued. Keen to see where this band goes.

Really Big, wide open sound from the Sunny Coast crew! Loved the guitar tones and the 90s vibes.

June coming back with some killer beats and flows on this new track. Love the lyricism on the song. It's really engaging and works really nicely with the backing track. Great work!! :)
