Ugh, yes. I'm gonna have to swing a night off and get to the album launch at Newtown Social. Just fantastic.

You've instantly created this mood of anticipation, and then that soulful voice just absolutely starts setting fires about the place.

I'm wearing my docs and stomping home listening to this, kicking stray bits of rubbish and feeling so bloody empowered.

Y'all should rename yourself Cheetah Folk because you're so speedy when it comes to putting out new bangers that I imagine you to be speedy cheetahs that play music, can your drummer at least start dressing as a cheetah?

Super solid chorus, tight as ever throughout and just another reason I'm so stoked to see where 2017 takes you.

Oh wow, this instantly caught my attention and did not disappoint at all. Breezy yet tight and those little moments of stalled vocals and lil' unexpected additions kept my attention throughout. What an absolute winner.

This is killer! It grabs you straight away and just keeps throwing things at you throughout. Not sold on the male vocal and I'd like to hear the end as tight as the rest of the song, but dang will I be listening in to everything you do from here on in.

The drums are a bit washy and leave me wanting more, but there is plenty going on here that I love and something tells me you have a stellar live show. Keen to see how you progress!

If you followed me on Instagram you'd know I am all about stealing flowers, like it's my morning routine, I steal flowers and arrange them into bootleg bouquets to make myself feel better about living in a shitty share house as a 27 year old man... But I'm always intimidated at the thought of stealing sun flowers... They are just so large.

I like this song though! Heaps of promise, drenched in cool and some mighty lovely buzz.

Groovy! Washed out layers of gnarly guitars and a pumping drum beat make this track into a deliriously colourful journey through a world of psychedelic rock.

I love how upfront this track is. Crisp beats and powerful synth chords throw themselves at you in the opening seconds, and then the drawn-out middle section drifts through an atmosphere of spacey synths and echoey vocals. The ending is a real kicker!

Oh Kat Edwards, will you ever stop breaking my heart? Hauntingly melancholic lyrics from a voice that seems to defy gravity, atop some softly strummed guitars. This song unfurls like a slow-motion wave of beautiful harmonies and yearning emotion.

If this one doesn't get your feet tappin', I suggest you get to a doctor ASAP. This is husky old school groove gone wild.

From a quiet, almost unassuming beginning, this quickly rips into a mind-altering world of oriental electronic sounds and cracking bass drops. It's intriguing, and I like it!

The pulsing beats and shuddering bass burrow into your brain as the ambient vocals slowly envelop you. This is my favourite kind of dark, experimental electronica. I can imagine absorbing this at a new music festival, in a darkened hall filled with walls of subwoofers.

It's the little details that make this groove. Only noticed the triangle (I think it's triangle?) three listens in - love how it forms a subtle harmony with the bass way down the other end of the pitch spectrum. "In between the beats" is where the guitars cut loose. Bowled, Shane.
