Sweater Curse are making music that feels like you're wearing a sweater. It's a bit fuzzy, but it's warm and comforting too. I love this

Big, beautiful and spectacularly realised in its execution. I could curl up in this on a sad day and feel quite a bit better.

Weird as hell but undeinably catchy and such a good time, your vocal instrumentation is absolutely next level.

You casually drop some of history's greatest voices into your influences and then serve up a dish that does not dissapoint in the slightest. God damn is that something special.

There's a real boy band quality to the verses that somehow explodes into a big brilliant emo anthem when the chorus drops then morphs again into a magical bit of metalcore for the bridge. You're such a phenomenally interesting band, I want to hear so much more from you.

I wanted my 1000th review on unearthed to be a song I truly adored. I wanted my 1000th review on unearthed to be a song I truly adored. I speak exclusively in hyperbole in my day to day life, but I mean it with all sincerity when I say I hold this song in such a special place. Not only one of my favourite uploads of all time on unearthed, but up there with my favourite Australian songs ever written. Alexander Biggs singing about the complexity of managing emotion and relationships is akin to Paul Kelly singing about sport, Gareth Liddiard tackling depression, Nick Cave twisting a dark tale or Courtney Barnett doing some gardening... It is brilliant, it is beautiful and so are you.

A warm intimacy that reminds me of the first Waxahatchee album. Really enjoyed the final moments when the percussion dropped out; just leaving your voice and guitar to carry the finish.

A great first upload that makes me excited to hear more. The lead singer's voice is great, and instrumentally the whole song has been layered in a really wonderful way.

I think the most incredible thing about Sweater Curse in my opinion is their ability to provide such a LARGE rough around the edges/ heart felt melodies that really grip your soul and pulls you down like an anchor! It's raw, infectious and just makes me want to write in my diary about all the people who hurt me. I'm so happy!! I love this.
