Exhibit Umpteen that Ainslie is a real one. She's telling it how it is on a brave n' bluesy sonic switch-up with a powerful, moving message. Count me among those who love her for what she truly is and what most others try to be: an artist's artist.

It's a singing/writing/rocking hattrick from Angie! Love how this transforms self-doubt into an empowering rock strut. That album can't come soon enough.

Heard Bridget spin this on Lunch and had to swing by and chuck this some well deserved stars. I'm a sucker for the crunchy riffs n' killer chorus combination, and that's no delusion!

Been hanging for a studio version ever since that fried chicken line floored me at a live gig. Yknow, the chook and the incredible vocals, crafted storytelling, devastatingly accessible fretwork, attitude, swagger. I could go on but just trust me, get on the Maccy Train before it leaves the station. It's gonna be a ride.

Oscar Dawson brought me here, and I'm glad he did. Such an intimate, immersive tune. I'll be recc'ing this to all the King Krule/James Blake fans I know.

From that spooky opening to the subject matter and gripping vocals, this just oozes confidence. You sound stronger and bigger than the mack truck you're posing by. Can't wait to hear more.

We might need a new label for Taj's brand of guitar-baubled, neo-soul drenched groove pop. Like Ralph-core or Taj-wave or something? Whatever. It's that refreshingly original.

Smooth stuff. Like, marble pebble/peanut butter/baby's bottom smooth. That breezy guitar coda is like sailing on the perfect wave back to shore.

This is like fancy ass sonic skateboarding: a chilled The xx flip into a sleek tropical pop-off that slides into a SŸDE of electro-acoustic bliss. Full headgear necessary.

Incred how that playful, tuneful percussion manages to show off its stuff without chewing up Freya's vocal space. And it all still bumps with some gritty sub. That's some smart craft right there.

Love how the flow and production work together. Keep at it, you clearly know how the rhymes fit with your warm phasing bass n' synth beats. And vice versa.

Me: 'I WANT' new Ruby Fields!!
You (Ruby Fields): Sure thing. Here, have another belter filled with boss guitar work and
relatable AF lyrics that just gets you gong, ya know?!
Together (singing): "I'm backing what's happening, fkn hell yea!"

Lovin the power couple back together, and on a slinky af bit o' dancehall RnB no less. That shuffle is infectious.

Wow. Between those blasting guitars and fanciful lyrics there's an authentic, anthemic vulnerability that's just so damn relatable. That blistering 'make me feel!' climax made me feel everything. moar plz

A hustling, bustling gem that pairs those traditional strummy songwriter instincts with some classy, inventive flourishes. With two for two on the belt, expecting to see this Astronaut's career skyrocket soon enough.

Started off thinking it was Josh Pyke 2.0 but then it blossomed into something else entirely. Strong writing and lyrics - can tell you've put it in the hours on your craft. Keen to hear more.

Lovin' the loudness. The tough vox n guitars combination sounds great (especially in the bridge/solo) and those chant hooks sink deep. Like a really heavy weezer (or just PUP).
