There's such intensity here, worth the listen. When you read about the impetus for Liam's striking out on his own with the Pharmercy project, it's easy to understand where the intensity comes from. Described as 'woozy', Entropy is a darker shade of the psychedelic-rock we've consumed en masse (Tame Impala) in recent years. I wonder if, 18 months on, the sounds comi...

Arjuna again delivers on stunning vocals and some spicy rhythms that pop like popcorn in a pan. Her voice is really original - you'll think, for a moment, it reminds you of another (maybe Meg Mac, maybe Missy Higgins, maybe Tash Sultana). And then you realise - nope, it's just her own. Sing it sister! Keep writing for us please, and if you have any gigs down the Surf Coast - I am road...

Wow, what a voice. This is pretty haunting from the jump. And as the title intimates, the rhythms gets a bit spicy from 1:30, which adds some depth to the sonic-scape. There's also a good transition in the bridge worth sticking around for...

This has an intensity that's not in Rhythms or Drink Your Fears... I like it. Once again, fairly simple in terms of instrumentation (piano, vocal, percussion) which is testament to the strength of the songwriting which holds its own.

THIS is the shit. I love this Albert Salt - there is a really evocative atmosphere of nostalgic reflection and optimism throughout. Played once through, and i'm going to listen again.

This builds in a surprising way, and is all the better for it. In the first minute I definitely didn't predict it going where it did. Such a sweet sentiment, earnest and sincere and lovely.

Seriously catchy track from Cooks & Bakers. (And the name makes me hungry). I've listened to it 3 times in a row now. I look forward to hearing how their sound grows and unfurls from here...

Phew! This kicks right off. Love it - a really big, sophisticated, stadium-worthy sound. Vocals are euphoric. Chorus line is a straight HOOK. You can slide into my DMs any time...

Love the chorus of voices accentuating the rhythmic beats here. Good effect. Clue has a pretty decent write-up, full of Aussie hip-hop's big names. Thanks for sliding into my DMs my friend. Glad to wrap my earholes around ya!

Turns the lights down low, move me into a deep chair that i can lean right back in, surround me with warm bodies and soothing, sultry, whispering voices... yeah, you got me.

This takes me back to the 80s, but remains super fresh and contemporary in sound somehow. Nostalgic mood married with a future-forward vision... catchy AF.

Ooft! This is fire. Such a good combination/dichotomy struck between political rap verses and smooth, hook-laden, melodious chorus... it's fine indeed.
