Really nice development in her writing. I hear a little Lisa Mitchell influence in some of the vocals. Looking forward to hearing more.

The voice, the riffs, the message. It all adds up.

This is the strongest of your three songs this year. What you're striving for is really exciting. It's intimate, but the production here gives a little hint of something epic just around the corner. Keep pushing for that.

Love the edge in this. Spitting conviction left, right, and centre. That production deserves a nod too.

I know Cold Air is striking and getting lots of deserved love, but just want to flag how accomplished this one is too. You've got good times ahead.

Good sign that I wanted it to keep going just as it ended. Keep being yourself for sure. This shows a ton of potential.

Driven by a classic QOTSA style chord progression, you threw in plenty of your own attitude and talents into this. Top work.

You've got a strong, natural feel as a vocalist. Confident stuff.

Instant love. That chorus! It's a winner of a first track from Loser (sorry, I tried to stop myself with that pun, I really did).

As on his last single, Genesis delivers something fresh. And powerful. Your friend Abi nails that speech in the middle perfectly. Keep pushing those boundaries.

I was about to hit stop. Wasn't feeling it. But let it run through a bit more. Around the minute mark, I said 'ok, it's starting to gel now'. At 1'27" I simply went 'wow'. They don't name check Tame Impala anywhere (although Ariel Pink is in the ballpark), but there's a bit of that guitar psych here for sure.

As soon as I heard the guitar line, the sun came out. Then the voice started, and blew all the clouds from sight. A naff bit of metaphysical reviewing from me I know, but it's how I felt.

From that rubbery bass at the start to the almost rave build at the end, this was a perfect collaboration for all.

Love that subtle stomping beat through the track. It's hypnotic. Everything else on top is hard to fault too.
