After 2018 saw them release music on DIM MAK, Musical Freedom, STMPD RCRDS and more, as well as tour around the world, amass millions of streams and release an official remix for Martin Garrix’s and David Guetta’s ‘So Far Away’, Bad Decisions are back and ready to kick into gear with their latest single, ‘Escape Plan’. Flipping the script and delving deeper into their darker, more experimental side, Bad Decisions deliver a late-night, wavy new heater on ‘Escape Plan’. Complete with their trademark drops, innovative production and hazy vocals, ‘Escape Plan’ is an all-out assault on the senses and highlights a solidified sense of identity for the duo. Two years on from their debut taking the electronic world by storm, Bad Decisions are now flexing their creativity like never before. Of the song, Cameron Breen said it’s a song about “a dream that turned into a nightmare that left me wide awake, breathless and with a dreaded sense of urgency. A feeling that whenever and wherever I found my place of peace, the alarm would suddenly go off and I’d have to grab everything and leave immediately. It made me feel very uneasy. We all want our safe place in the world I guess.” Taken from their long-awaited debut EP, A Moment In Time, out later this year, Bad Decisions are gearing up to further their stake in the electronic field. With a revitalised creative ambition thanks to the pair quite literally taking a moment in time after two years of relentless touring, releasing and making their name known, Bad Decisions found solace in the studio. With ‘Escape Plan’, they make their return, bolder and bigger than ever before.
