Hi! I write about music for a living (kind of). I've been a ~Super User~ with Unearthed for a couple of years now and also write words for Pilerats. I love independent Australian artists and shamelessly fall in love with new acts all the time. You can chat to me on Twitter @debbieecarr or find my work and contact me about articles/press releases/moral support on www.debbiecarrmedia.com. My favourite Unearthed songs of 2018 are here: https://open.spotify.com/user/debbieecarr/playlist/2V7aHOER6Frp9hFJRJskzr?

This is euphoric post-punk at it's best. It's like you've taken the driving nature and restlessness of Joy Division and the angsty Australiana spirit of Pist Idiots, and smashed the two together Cold Rock Ice cream style. Perfection.

Brendan Maclean already stands extremely tall an artist, but adding in an all-star choir of Kira Piru, Montaigne and Ainslie Wills? Genius. It's near impossible to find a more exciting and experimental artist right now.
