Interesting and really imaginative production ideas whilst still being a well written song. Has the same feel as early Machine Translations, lyrics not always direct, whilst still painting a picture and evoking a mood. Some lyrics that tug my heart strings for reasons i can't explain, which is always a good thing.

3.5 stars Nice narrative of love between indie kids. Has a story teller feel, and slightly reminiscent of Paul Kelly in the phrasing and tone of the voice. This song could definitely see the benefit of some added instrumentation to delineate the sections if a budget allowed for that in the future, but in this simple format the strengths are still clear.
