I didn't know I needed this until I heard it. Girl power heaven. My anthem for me and my girl friends forever. I can hear and just imagine this song blasting out in nightclubs around the country, especially the ones in Adelaide. Represent.

This song feels reminiscent, dreamy, almost like I've been hit in the stomach with feels and a wild mix of emotions. It sounds very Birds of Tokyo with spacious vibes. Really enjoyed the middle section; the rhythm section playing short and strong notes and the lead guitar playing long palm muted notes, it works like bliss. Adding this to my favourite songs of 2020 for sure.

Okay, I'm a pineapple cruiser kind of gal but this song has me craving a guava. National anthem for all those guava lovers out there, I know about 20 people who'll probably sing this every drinking sesh from now on. I love the skit at the start of the song and it's a catchy and fun tune!

King Gizz, step over plahleaaaase. This is where the real show is at. The harmony in the chorus gave me goosebumps. I love The Empty Threats endlessly, what a solid band. Keep bringing those goods and those ridiculously good gigs xx

Who run the world? Girls. Beyoncé and Little Mix vibes here. Impressive stuff. Feels like I'm listening to a seasoned girlband that has been doing this for years. Great harmonies, great beat, phenomenal band.

Remember the girls screaming over NSYNC and Backstreet Boys? Well, they're fangirling over Up Late now. This is huge. I'm surprised TikTok hasn't found this song yet and made you guys mega famous because that's the momentum behind this song.

God, I love this band. Such a lyrically descriptive and mood setting track. The guitar part in the pre-chorus had me jamming out before going straight back to vibing to the chorus. Is there anything Neon Tetra can't do?

Muddy Waters is this big blend of modern pop from bands such as The 1975 shown in the catchy melodies, combined with alt-rock influences like Nothing But Thieves and Jeff Buckley in the huge & full instrumentals, moving bass lines and neatly placed guitar licks. All the parts work in this synergistic harmony to create a grand song like no other. And I love the ending, like your own take of Gang of Youths. Favourite release so far!

Wow, punk-rock hardcore goodness. I think YES YES YES YES YES. Um and thank you for a bass solo. That bridge with the dissonant notes impressed me, and the ending of the song really topped it off nicely. Double time - icing on the cake.

First six seconds and I was already impressed. And it just got better from there on. I seriously love that lyric more than anything. "You could be the one. I could be the zero." Wow. The track is produced to perfection. I feel like the song could've had one more chorus at the end of it to polish it off but other than that, damn. Nostalgic alternative rock tunes for days.
