Unearthed Listeners I'm following:

Sydney-based Singer/Saxophonist/Self-producer, Matt Landi, takes an alternative electronic turn with "SPACE". At the time of writing the song, Matt was battling with self-identity issues, and it was through experimenting with captured sound recordings that he was able to step out of an old world and into the new. With bold, defiant lyrics, "I'm gonna make it... On my own", and the metaphor of climbing up to space, Matt creates a victory song about individual hope and freedom. "I wanted to make it as real as possible, and as a result the song helped me reconnect with my love for creating music. I think the dream would be that the song can help inspire someone else too". Having begun vocal training at age 6 and learning instruments by 8 he has grown into a dynamic and versatile musician. The uniqueness of his song writing ability is all down to life’s experiences, and he admires songwriters such as James Arthur or Ben Howard, for opening up and telling their story. Recently, Matt released his first original song, “Till The Last Dance”, a self-produced song about everlasting love, in June 2018, to great appraisal and later performed the song at Miranda Shaw’s “Carols in the Park, to an audience of 5000 people. His saxophone improvisation fits in with his raw emotional style and can truly electrify his "showman" performance style - reminiscent of one of his idols, Michael Buble. In 2019, Matt will undergo a series of live shows, backed by a full band, with eyes on setting a dynamic in the Australian Music industry.

Absolutely angelic tbh, luscious harmonies, and some sick trap-like beat underneath - feels like I'm watching James Bond at Christmas time. I loved Fly Baby before - and I feel like this was the perfect thing for Jofi to release - there's a style that the songs all share - that is now so unique to Jofi - as an artist. I dig this stuff and I know I'm gonna like the next one.
