Fendahlene are Paul Whiteley (guitar and vocals) and Ashley Hurst (bass). Their new album High and Low and Back Again was released in 2020. Recorded at Urchin Studios in London, the album featured Matt Ingram on drums and Dan Cox behind the desk, both of whose credits include Laura Marling, Florence and the Machine and Tom Odell, among many others. It was mastered by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios, London, including at half speed for vinyl. Their new album – the first to be released on vinyl – was several years in the planning. Previously, the band were regulars on the Sydney live scene in the late 90s and into the early-to-mid 00s, when they released an LP (Anyone Who's Anyone), a double album (A Decade of Near Misses) and two critically acclaimed EPs (Blue Fortress and Touchdown). They are best known in Australia for their 2002 track Glebe Point Road. Recording sessions for a new album are planned to begin in late 2021, timed to coincide with their return to live music post-lockdown.

Another great song from Byron. Can't wait to hear a full album of his stuff.

Another great song. This one you just want to fall into, if that makes any sense. Dig everything about this song, very relatable story and really love the harmonies in this.
